Just keeps getting worse for American Idol finalist...

Things aren't going well for American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra.
First she was arrested earlier this week for disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence.

In a new audio tape of a jailhouse phone call, Sierra can be heard calling those same cops "crackers."
And today news broke that a major porno company has obtained a sex tape featuring Sierra and plans to distribute it.
The sex tape features Sierra in all her glory in what appears to be a cheap motel room. Word is that the company plans to have the tape out by the end of the year. Here is an image TMZ landed from the sex tape.
