A Nebraska man was arrested on Saturday after police say he tried to meet an underage girl for sex in Waterloo.

According to the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Department, David L. Koebele, 23, of Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., tried to meet a girl he knew was under 16 years of age at a park and planned to take her to a motel near Waterloo.

Koebele was arrested Saturday at the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office and accused of enticing away a child
