A Hamilton County corrections officer was one of three people arrested in a sex investigation at Mount Airy Forest.

A police report said Raymond Hilvert was running on a trail and stopped on a footbridge. The report said that as an undercover officer approached Hilvert, the two had a brief conversation, one that wasn't sexual in nature.

The report said Hilvert, 35, then reached out and fondled the plainclothes officer through his clothing. He's been charged with sexual imposition.

Hilvert has no criminal record and has worked for the corrections division for 15 years.

Police said they've been targeting the park after complaints about men having sex in the park.
